Shipping & Returns
We currently offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States. Items may ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or other delivery services. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. You will have the option to pay for express services through USPS for all Grass Valley Orchards products.

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective product), you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us. We will send you an email to notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If your item is incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 28 days or if you have any questions about our policy. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
Current California sales tax rates are charged for all products shipped to a California address.
